Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: relationships have opened more doors than any title ever could.

Since 1998, I've had the privilege of building businesses, launching new ventures, and leading strategic business development across multiple industries. My journey has taken me through entrepreneurship, hospitality, manufacturing and distribution, restoration and reconstruction, emergency property services, claims, consulting, and the property ecosystem as a whole. Each chapter has reinforced the same truth: lasting success is built through people, trust, and meaningful relationships.

Like many women, my path hasn't been a straight line. I've navigated career transitions, built and operated a successful business, embraced new opportunities, and balanced the rewarding challenge of raising a family while pursuing ambitious professional goals. Every season has brought lessons that shaped both my career and my perspective on leadership.

Outside of business, I spent years competing as an IFBB Professional athlete, earning top-three world finishes in consecutive seasons while coaching and mentoring women pursuing goals they once believed were out of reach. That experience taught me that confidence isn't something we're born with—it's something we build together through encouragement, accountability, discipline, and people who believe in us.

Throughout my journey, I've also been incredibly fortunate to learn from remarkable women—and men—who generously shared their wisdom, opened doors, challenged me to grow, and reminded me that leadership is never a destination. There is always more to learn, another perspective to consider, and someone who has walked a path before us.

EMBER was created to build upon that same spirit. Not to replace the incredible organizations already serving our industries, but to create another place where women across the property ecosystem can connect, mentor one another, build meaningful relationships, and continue growing together.

While I bring decades of experience in entrepreneurship, relationship building, strategic partnerships, and business development, I still consider myself a student of leadership. Some of my greatest mentors are women who paved the way before me, and I hope to help create opportunities for those who are just beginning their own journeys.

EMBER is more than a networking community. It's a place where authentic relationships are formed, experiences are shared, leaders are developed, and women come together to strengthen not only their own careers, but the industries we proudly serve.

My hope is that every woman who joins EMBER discovers not only new opportunities, but lasting friendships, trusted mentors, and the confidence to become those same things for someone else. Because when one woman rises, she creates space for others to rise with her.
